1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpar platform — including the website at betpar.app, all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, and account management tools — you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using betpar and close any account you hold.

These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and betpar with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral. betpar reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or an on-platform notification. Continued use of betpar after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

betpar services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By completing the betpar registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. betpar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, betpar may suspend or close the relevant account.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether access to and use of the betpar platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or internationally. betpar does not provide legal advice. Online gambling regulations differ across provinces and internationally. Users who access betpar from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one betpar account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betpar may close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

2.4 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. betpar reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading registration information has been provided. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpar login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currencies

All betpar accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. betpar reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed in the betpar Cashier at the time of each transaction. betpar processes withdrawal requests within its standard processing windows, subject to verification requirements and the terms of the relevant payment provider.

betpar is not responsible for delays caused by the User's payment provider, network congestion, or third-party banking systems. All deposits are final once credited to your betpar account. betpar does not accept chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

betpar may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all betpar promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only, subject to the specific offer conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• betpar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, or abuse of wagering conditions is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• betpar's determination of compliance with bonus conditions is final.

5. Gaming Rules & Betting

All games available on the betpar platform — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, jackpot titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules displayed within each game or market interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering.

betpar uses certified random number generators for all RNG-based games. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, whose own platform terms apply in addition to these Terms. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final verified result of the relevant event. betpar's decision on disputed results, void bets, and settlement queries is final.

betpar reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or on incorrectly described events — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpar platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with betpar games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, vulnerabilities, or display glitches for financial gain.
• Money laundering or use of betpar to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information to betpar.
• Accessing the betpar platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Sharing betpar account credentials with third parties.

7. Responsible Gaming

betpar is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users at no charge, accessible immediately from account settings after betpar login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your betpar account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure events. betpar's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

betpar's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the betpar Privacy Policy, available at betpar.app/privacy-policy. By using betpar you consent to the data practices described therein.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by betpar's customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. betpar's decisions on account, game, and payment disputes are final pending any applicable escalation process.
